BIGGS AI was founded by a multi-location operator in the Dallas–Fort Worth area running chiropractic and physical therapy clinics. After years of watching talented staff struggle under call volume, inconsistent patient communication, and manual processes that didn't scale — the decision was made to build the solution from scratch.
What started as an internal platform across five clinics is now being commercialized for businesses across industries. Because if it could work in one of the most complex, compliance-heavy, high-volume environments in healthcare — it can work anywhere.
