BIGGS AI provides an intelligent business operating platform including AI-powered voice agents (Avery, Sara), business intelligence tools (Ledger), and HR intelligence modules (Luci). Services are provided on a subscription basis as described in your service agreement.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BIGGS AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM SECURITY VULNERABILITIES.
AI-generated responses from our voice agents are automated and may not always be accurate or appropriate for every situation. You are responsible for configuring appropriate escalation protocols for complex or sensitive inquiries.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIGGS AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Either party may terminate the service agreement as specified therein. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease and we will handle your data in accordance with our data retention policy and any applicable legal requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas, or through binding arbitration as specified in your service agreement.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
